In the weird wild world of The Dronefall Series, the sky swarms with all manner of unmanned arial vehicles. 2040’s Budapest has completely integrated the constant presence of drones buzzing overhead with everyday life. They carry packages, deliver food, monitor construction sites, conduct search and rescue missions, put out fires, and…just generally watch everything and everybody all the time.
Seems legit.
Of course, the anonymity and ambiguous intent of drones that have free access to all city airspace has drawn criticism from time to time. But for the most part, the citizens have accepted it. And according to international law, interfering with government drones constitutes an act of terrorism.
But, how did we get here?

If you haven’t started the series yet, you can find it on Amazon right HERE.
What do you think of my drawings? Winnie the Pooh honestly looked a lot more like himself in the sketch, but I hope someone appreciated the reference.
